Distinguished School Employee Nomination 

The District 300 Foundation for Educational Excellence seeks to recognize employees who display professional excellence, innovativeness and dedication towards an enriched District 300 student learning experience.

School Employee Nomination Criteria

Each District 300 school is encouraged to establish a committee to select ONE staff member to be nominated for this award.

The following positions are considered for school employee nominations:

Para educators, custodians, security officers, nurses, media paras, registrars, attendance clerks, family liaisons, school resource officers, bookkeepers, secretaries/assistants, family school liaisons, buildings/grounds, central office staff and technology.

The nominee must have at least 3 years of District 300 teaching experience at the time the nomination is made and be at least 3 years from anticipated retirement.

The nominee should demonstrate an understanding of the needs of students in their area of job responsibility and inspire colleagues to work towards the same level of high performance.

School Nominating Committees can use the online form below to submit a nomination.  All applications must be submitted by Friday, December 22, 2023.
